Beryl, Joseph's ex-girlfriend who has a history of attempting to separate Joseph and Lindsey, has returned and been bailed out of jail by her brother Sylvester, whom Claude and others criticize for bailing her out. Joseph and the team are upset, and Joseph resolves not to be seen by her since Beryl is seeking for him and the location of his house. Beryl appears to struggle in her search for Joseph and his house, since she has lost the road to the house due to her lengthy incarceration, even after Sylvester has given her Joseph's address. Soon after, she was jailed again for committing a crime in Plotant.
