Overview

Dr. Shishi Juroku of Yamabiko Village has invented a megaphone that makes whatever is spoken into it come true! Garizo and Ageru disguise themselves as the doctor and approach Hana Kappa and his friends, hoping to use the megaphone to make the Waka-ran orchid bloom.
