Overview

As the threat of tenure looms over DC Jim Carver, he is desperate to prove himself to Meadows by capturing a jewel thief who absconded years ago. Carver meets DC Lines' informant, who sends him on the trail, but Lines is skeptical. Will the cocky young DC or the veteran copper be proved right?
