Overview

Steve and Phil are called to a disturbance. They find two men attacking a car. One of the men was from Birmingham. Roach thinks the men could be linked to exhaust boxes. Burnside decides Carver has to move into the section house to avoid three misdemeanors. His room is across the hall from Hollis.
