But with Lana's new attitude means that she will not splurge money unnecessarily, that includes not hiring Iron Weasel for her birthday party and multiple monthly parties. Derek, Burger and Ash come up with a plan to try to change her attitude by throwing a party for Izzy to make Lana jealous.
