In each episode Spencer takes traditional dishes and makes them new again creating unique and fun dishes that viewers can make in their own backyards. Spencer makes four globally influenced, approachable and playful recipes in each episode and has a great time doing it. From hoisin glazed meatloaf boa buns, whisky plank smoked salmon infused with a rosemary garlic oil and smoked meatballs in a Spanish Bravas sauce to the perfect Santa Maria Tri-tip steak, Tikka chicken wings with curry ranch dip and Peanut butter and banana pizza with a jelly swirl!
