The four remaining contenders face two more culinary challenges as they battle for a place in the semi-finals. First they are split into two groups for a test of teamwork and communication. One duo has to master John Torode's dim sum selection, and the other his spiced duck noodle broth. Then, the celebrities' team work skills are pushed to the extreme as they are faced with their first Mass Catering Challenge, cooking lunch for over 100 staff at Acton Works - the central hub for repairs and upgrades to London Underground trains.

The battle for the first two semi-final places in this year's competition reaches its climax, as the four remaining celebrities are tasked with cooking a faultless two-course meal that will not only be judged by John Torode and Gregg Wallace, but also by three previous contenders - Olympic long-jumper Greg Rutherford, and TV personalities Vicky Pattison and Dom Parker. All three know what it takes to get through this competition and are in for a treat as their successors pull out all the stops to try secure their semi-final place.
