Overview

After losing his successful corporate job, Roger, who has no previous restaurant experience, purchased the Pinehurst Country Lodge in Greeley, Pa., six months ago, and is now $350,000 in debt and on the verge of losing everything. Chef Robert Irvine has just two days to give Roger the tools and authority to lead his staff towards success.
