Seoul Casa (Anchorage, Alaksa) • Hickory House Ribs (Aspen, Colo.) • Kitsune (Albuquerque, N.M.) On this trip, Guy Fieri's got Asian flavors, an American classic and some mashups in between. In Anchorage, there's a Korean-Mexican joint rollin' out kimchi burritos and wild wings. In Aspen, it's a smokehouse run by a former dentist puttin' his own twist on ribs, and in Old Town Albuquerque, a funky fusion food truck-turned-brick-n-mortar spot heads off the charts with a flavorful veggie specialty and the bomb pork belly.
