Overview

A monster is making a mess wherever he goes! Be it Sonia's parents' grocery store, the mail delivered by Sly, or the pages of the mayor's speech... everything is in disarray! The Monster Agency immediately tries to flush out the creature, but catching it is no easy task because it's also gotten its hands on the Agency's gadgets!
