Overview

Richard pays big bucks hoping to use a '63 Cadillac for a flip project. The guys do a bang-up job on a budget but Jason goes rogue and risks tanking the whole thing. Later, Russell overpays for a '47 Fleetline that looks bomb ... but doesn't run.
