Arashi is in China, and is mistaken for Zhuge Liang by Liu Long and his followers Fei Chang and Yu Guan. Arashi volunteers to go to ask QiÄ?n Sun to form an alliance with Liu Long in order to defeat the evil Chancellor Cao CÄ?ng CÄ?ng.
