For the second round in the Official Tsu Terakado fan club championships, it is a battle of charms. Both teams must come up with a virtualized situation where the winner is decided by Otsu-chan saying “yes.” First up is the Tsusengumi’s story, taking place in a bar with a beautiful night view. But the romantic mood is ruined thanks to Okita the narrator and assistants Kondo and “Mohawk” Yamazaki going out of control.
