Overview

Dawn Evans and her son, Tyler, currently live with her parents in the Atlanta, Georgia, suburb of Decatur. After 30 years, she is ready to move out on her own for the first time. Dawn and Tyler are looking forward to finding a place with plenty of room so they can each have more personal space.
