It’s Jumper’s birthday, and the teacher asks the pups who would like to make a drawing to use as a birthday card. Tip volunteers right away! At home, he hasn’t forgotten his promise, but he wants to play for a while first… after all, there’s plenty of time! But evening comes and he still hasn’t made the birthday card.
