The story takes place in the prestigious Alzano Imperial Magic Academy, located in the southern part of the Alzano Empire, where students train in the highest forms of magic. Two of the students, Sistine Fibel and Rumia Tingel, are determined to become great magicians: Sistine is motivated by her grandfather’s last wish, while Rumia hides a deeper secret tied to her past. Their new instructor is Glenn Radars, a substitute teacher who appears totally unmotivated, lazy, and seemingly incompetent. On the surface he’s a “bastard” magic instructor.
