Overview

Jose ends his Louisiana tour by joining up again with friend Rimmer Covington for a unique show from Venice and Plaquemines Parrish. They join forces with conservationist Eric Newman who tags and tracks fish for research and education, and they set out for both offshore and inshore fishing to find the perfect fish for Newman's studies.
